Performance Learning was pleased to support the QC Housing Solutions group and its parent organization, Humility Homes and Services, with organizational development services. Consultants provided research expertise and vison development resources for this “ad hoc” group seeking innovative strategies to address the housing shortage for local residents.
The research design utilized qualitative research methodology. A carefully organized series of “focus groups” were conducted to better understand the issues and to discover new solutions. The themes of these sessions are highlighted in a report jointly authored by employees of Humility Homes and Services and the Performance Learning team.
